Our strong advocacy for our clients in commercial cases is bolstered by our willingness and ability to go to trial.  Our successes include a $2.6 million verdict following a three-week jury trial and a defense judgment following a two-week class action trial in which we not only won, but also obtained an attorney's fees award against the plaintiffs of over $700,000.  One of our attorneys has taught other lawyers trial skills at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
